Since January 2001 I have been the owner of the company Uwe Klosz eK. In 1997 I made my master's degree. As an “old hand” in the trade, I can master even the most difficult tasks with a lot of know-how and ingenuity, and I am happy to pass my knowledge on to customers and my team.

When I took over the business, I took over the work in the office. Over the years I have learned a lot about heat engineering. What I like most about this job is when you experience customer satisfaction or when you gain interpersonal experience from time to time.

As a career changer, I work part-time in the company. I used to work in retail. Both there and here, I like dealing with customers on the phone or in person most of all. Unlike large companies, our customers are not numbers, but people.

I have been working part-time in the company since 2010. What I particularly like about this professional field is the opportunity to become creative. I like it when I can put the customer's wishes and ideas into practice and see how satisfied the customer is in the end.
